This policy explains cancellation and refunds for ERT.am premium plans.
Nature of the service
Premium is a digital service that is delivered and accessible immediately after payment. There is nothing to ship and no physical goods are involved.
Cancellation
Premium plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period; they do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your access simply ends when the paid period expires.
Refunds
Because premium content becomes available immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access premium due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and, where justified, refund the affected payment.
How to request
Send your refund request through the contact page, including the email on your account and the approximate date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
