Who we are

ERT.am is an online service for practising the theory exam for an Armenian driver’s licence. For any privacy question you can contact us through the contact page.

Information we collect

Account data you provide: your name and email address (or your Google account email if you sign in with Google).

Usage data generated as you practise: exam results, answered questions, saved questions and personal notes.

Payment records: the plan purchased, amount, date and a gateway transaction reference. We do not collect or store your card number or Idram credentials.

How we use your information

To provide the service — your account, progress tracking, statistics and premium features.

To process payments and grant premium access.

To respond to your messages and improve the service.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: the Idram and Armenian Card (ArCa) payment gateways to process payments, and Google’s Gemini API to generate AI explanations of questions. We never sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to its processing, by contacting us.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences.
