Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy describes how ERT.am processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data".
Purpose of processing
We process personal data solely to provide the ERT.am service: registering and authenticating users, tracking practice progress, processing premium payments and providing customer support.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you create an account and accept these policies, and as necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the premium access you pay for).
Categories of data
Identification data (name, email), service-usage data (exam results, notes), and payment records (plan, amount, transaction reference).
Processing and storage
Data is stored on secured servers and accessed only by authorised personnel. Payment-card data is processed entirely by the licensed payment providers and never reaches our servers.
Data subject rights
You have the right to know what data we hold, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure and to withdraw consent. Submit requests through the contact page.
Cross-border transfers
Some processors (e.g. Google’s Gemini API) may process data outside Armenia. We use only providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
